The Lead Pastor at Westwood Alliance Church will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, strong Biblical teaching and vision for our growing and diverse congregation in Coquitlam. This person will shepherd and equip our staff, volunteers, and members to live as “devoted followers of Jesus Christ” who love God, love people, and lead others toward Him.
The Lead Pastor will preach God's Word faithfully, cast a vision for multi-generational ministry, foster unity across our English, Cantonese, and Mandarin congregations, and engage our community through outreach and discipleship. The ideal candidate is an experienced, relational leader and strategic thinker who will partner with lay leaders and staff to begin an exciting new season of mission and growth at Westwood.
In Children's Ministry, you' ll help create a welcoming and engaging environment for kids to learn about God. This includes assisting with lesson prep, supporting small group activities, and building meaningful connections with children and their families.
The Media Ministry Assistant has the opportunity to work with the Lighthouse Media team on coming with content for our church socials as well as capturing moments at events, crafting our podcast episodes, building a photo and video asset library, etc.
This individual has a creative passion as well as a heart to bring God's message to our community through engaging content. He/She has a joyful attitude and a willingness to learn on the way.
