This individual will focus on shepherding and developing younger
adults and families, helping them grow into spiritually mature and multiplying disciples of Christ.
As part of our multi-ethnic, multi-generational church community, the successful candidate will assist the Cantonese Congregational Pastor in providing spiritual leadership and developing outreach strategies—especially to newcomers from Hong Kong.
Westwood Alliance Church is currently seeking candidates to provide pastoral direction to students in Grades 6-12, their parents (or legal guardians), and youth leaders as their full-time Pastor of Youth Ministry.
The Pastor of Youth Ministry will primarily disciple students and partner with the parents/legal guardians in helping to raise lifelong devoted Christ followers. When appropriate, the Pastor of Youth Ministry will also train and equip youth leaders for Christlike discipleship.
